With the compulsory implementation of Home Information Packs for all properties marketed for sale as from 14 December 2007, we would invite you to contact us at the outset should you be planning to sell your house.
As part of our continuing aim to meet all our client requirements, we can offer a cost effective and quality assured Home Information Pack that is fully portable.
The Home Information Pack provides a set of essential documents for the prospective buyer at the start of the process. This consists of the Sale Statement, Evidence of Title, Local Council and Water Searches and an Energy Performance Certificate.
