David Harrison, Member & Partner

David Harrison having been the Managing Partner with a Legal 100 Firm, has extensive expertise in advising local and national developers in all aspects of land and property development work. This includes Land Acquisition, Funding Agreements, Options and Conditional Contracts, Planning and Infrastructure Agreements, Joint Ventures, and Site Assembly to New-Build Sales.

He has particular interests in the Formation of Companies and Partnerships, Corporate restructuring, and Share Acquisitions and Disposals.

David is married and lives in Cranleigh. His interests are in following Northampton RFC and Cricket. He is a member of MCC and Hartley Wintney Cricket Club.
