Shugufta Jabeen, Associate

Shugufta Jabeen is an Associate with the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department specialising in Dispute Resolution.

She has extensive Civil Litigation advocacy experience with particular interest in Employment Law to include:

• Drafting Contracts of Employment, Consultancy Agreements and Directors Service Agreements
• Drafting and reviewing Staff handbooks
• Advising on Grievance Procedures and Termination of Employment
• Employment Tribunal Claims, including Discrimination, Unfair Dismissal, bullying and harassment issues
• Contractual claims
• TUPE transfers
• Compromise Agreements

Shugufta has worked alongside large corporate organisations advising on Disciplinary Procedures, Unfair Dismissal and TUPE Transfers.  As well as having several reported cases in the Media.

She is an active gym goer as well as enjoying running having participated in several charity marathons.  Shugufta is also a qualified makeup artist, which she enjoys in her spare time.
