David Harrison, Member & Partner

David Harrison having been the Managing Partner with a Legal 100 Firm, has extensive expertise in advising local and national developers in all aspects of land and property development work. This includes Land Acquisition, Funding Agreements, Options and Conditional Contracts, Planning and Infrastructure Agreements, Joint Ventures, and Site Assembly to New-Build Sales.

He has particular interests in the Formation of Companies and Partnerships, Corporate restructuring, and Share Acquisitions and Disposals.

David is married and lives in Cranleigh. His interest are in following Northampton RFC and Cricket. He is a member of MCC and Secretary of the Hartley Wintney Cricket Club.

Tom Li, MBA, Member & Partner

Tom Li has a substantial business and private client following in the local area and beyond. He was an Associate with a Legal 100 Firm prior to establishing his Firm.

He specialises in advising Small to Medium Sized Companies as well as Private Clients with particular interests in Insolvency matters and Dispute Resolution.

Tom is married with two children and lives in Camberley where he grew up. In his spare time, Tom enjoys shopping with his wife, playing golf and coaching his son and daughter ten pin bowling.

Sarah Key-Smith, Partner

Sarah Key-Smith specialises in Family & Matrimonial matters having worked with firms in Farnham and Guildford.

She also has a particular interest in Dispute Resolution and Employment issues.

Sarah lives in the local area where she grew up. She is a Guider volunteering with a local Guide Unit based in Camberley. On weekends, Sarah very often finds herself camping or taking part in adventurous activities with the Guide Unit.

Sarah is also in charge of the firm's Lexcel.

Mike Rattenbury, Partner

Mike Rattenbury joins us as a Partner with extensive Corporate and Commercial experience in a wide range of matters with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation, insolvency and transactional work.

He has been involved in a number of High Court cases having acted for various entities in relation to high valued commercial disputes. He acts for Liquidators to recovery of assets to disclosure to pursuing claims on their behalf including multi jurisdictional elements to cross border enforcement of Judgments.

Mike is also admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland and is a qualified Welsh speaking advocate.

In his spare time Mike enjoys watching rugby, in particular his team the Neath-Swansea Ospreys. He also enjoys eating out with his wife.

Richard Barker, Solicitor

Richard Barker has advised business and private clients for over 20 years. He was previously a Partner with a firm in the local area.

He advises on all aspects of Property Conveyancing, Employment matters and Private Client work.

In his spare time, Richard enjoys his collection of classic cars and bayonets. Richard is married, and his daughter is currently at university.

Shelley Rounding, Licensed Conveyancer SocLC

Shelley is a Licensed Conveyancer and an Associate of The Society of Licensed Conveyancers. She has worked in the legal environment for over 20 years both in the UK and abroad.

Shelley lives in Basingstoke with her teenage son and daughter who keep her busy. In her spare time you will find her either watching her son play ice hockey for Bracknell or watching her daughter's bowling and cheerleading.

She likes badminton, music, gardening and travelling.

Georgina Woodcock, Executive

Georgina is a graduate assistant having joined us in 2007.

She administers the Firm's provision of the Home Information Packs and works with the Developments, Dispute Resolution and Conveyancing Teams.

Georgina lives in Farnborough and is a keen fitness enthusiast.

Claire Lacy, Executive

Claire joined the Firm in 2007, and has since completed The Institute of Legal Secretaries and PA Diploma.

She assists the Developments and Conveyancing teams, and co-administers the provision of Home Information Packs
